Our vision
A world where second chances are real, and barriers to health, housing, employment, civic engagement and education no longer exist.
Our mission
Clear Tomorrow KC dismantles the policies, practices, and systems that create barriers to health, housing, employment, education, and civic life for justice-impacted individuals and families. We do this through policy advocacy, training, research, technology, and targeted programs.
