Clear Tomorrow KC is dedicated to dismantling the lifelong barriers caused by mass incarceration, criminal records, and negative social determinants of health. Our Services include:
- Legal navigation and expungement clinics
- Systems change advocacy
- Mental health referral and support services

Non-legal, non-clinical disclaimer
Clear Tomorrow KC is not a law firm or a licensed mental health clinic. We do not provide legal or psychological advice. Any information you receive from us is for informational and support purposes only.
- Legal questions should be referred to a licensed attorney
- Mental health crises should be referred to licensed clinicians or emergency services
We may help you connect with legal or mental health professionals, but we don't guarantee outcomes.

Eligibility & registration
Some features — expungement clinics, workshops, peer support referrals — may require submitting personal information. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful data
- Update your information as needed
- Not impersonate any other person or entity
You're responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential.

Clear Tomorrow KC values your privacy. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, including your right to:
